In children, this blend will help with wind-down at bedtime and may help them sleep through the night.
Herbal ingredients include Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), and Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). Solvents: Vegetable glycerin and distilled water.
Liquid extract in a 2 ounce dropper bottle.
Children 2+ 10 drops one hour before bedtime
Children 40 lbs + 1/2 dropperful
