Chamomile helps relax the body and assists in the anti-spasmodic properties of lemon balm to ease the cough. Finally, Ginger adds just the right amount of nutritive benefits and flavor to complete this delicious blend.*
Suggested Use: Brew 1-2 tablespoons in 8 to 10 ounces of water.
