Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus) is a red algae sourced right here in the USA from the Atlantic Ocean and studies show its ability to promote good health in humans by enhancing the immune system.* Also generalized in popular trends as "Seamoss," it contains 92 essential nutrients that our bodies need for most effective function. 


Beet root (Beta vulgaris) is exactly what it sounds like - a dehydrated, powdered version of the delicious vegetable we enjoy! Beet root is used as medicine due to its rich source of phytochemicals (that color though!) and bioactive compounds.* It is often worked with to help control blood sugar and blood pressure.


We also work with Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), AKA blue-green algae. This is another brightly-colored algae that is full of carrageenan. Globally, Spirulina has been consumed as a major source of protein. Studies show it also inhibits the release of histamine and is anti-inflammatory, so Spirulina may help relieve seasonal allergies.*
